Q: I received my quote for my event and I want EMS DJ for my DJ service, what do I do next?

Q: How can I pay my deposit and do you except credit cards?
A:  You can make your deposit and additional payments anytime during the planning process. (Payment Link)   Checks are accepted
but your event will not be confirmed until payment is received. You can mail checks to 4257 Goeglein Rd., Ft. Wayne, IN 46815

Q:  How much is the deposit?
A:  The minimum deposit is only $100.00 but you are welcome to pay any amount you choose for your deposit.

Q:  After I've paid my deposit what happens next?
A:   A receipt for your payment will be emailed to you confirming your date, time and balance of your account.  Then we will send a
separate email that has links to our website to include the Reception Timeline,  Reception Planner,  (required),  Music Database ,  to
help you plan out your reception details for you and your DJ.

Q: I don't want to pay on line, can I mail my payment and what address should I send it to?
A: Your event will be confirmed much quicker when paying online, but you may mail your payment to 4257 Goeglein Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46815.

Q: Who do I make my check payable to?
A:  Please make your checks or money orders payable to EMS Services/Eric Smith.

Q :How long do I have to pay my balance?
A: The balance is due one week prior to your event.  If the balance is not paid prior to your event, you will be charged a $30.00 late fee, unless EMS DJ is notified.

Q: If we cancel our event is our deposit refundable?
A:  All deposits are non refundable.  If more than the minimum $100.00 deposit is paid, the remaining amount will be refunded.

Q: I've been to other events and the djs like to be the centers of attention.
A:  We assure you that all of our djs are highly trained professionals, and unlike some companys, our djs understand the  importance of the brides and grooms and that this is one of the most important days of their lives.  The spotlight should never be on anyone else but the wedding couple.

Q:  If we book for four hours and our guests are still in the mood to dance, would your djs be willing to stay longer?
A:  The djs welcome the opportunity to stay longer than they are booked.  The additional cost is $32.50 per each additional half hour over
the dj's scheduled time.

Q:  We have chosen the "we select the dj program", when will we meet our dj?
A:  Your dj will contact you approximately 30 days before your event to go over all of the reception details with you.

Q: What is the lavalier microphone used for and does that cost extra?
A:  A lavalier/lapel microphone is typically used for the officiants during the ceremony. $50.00 additional charge.

Q:  I would like my dj to play music during my wedding ceremony, is that extra?
A:  We charge from the time the dj starts playing music to the end of the reception.
